0.25 lbs Briess Caramel 120

6 lbs Pilsen LME
1 lb Pilsen DME

1 oz Chinook @ 11.2% AA (60 min.)
0.5 oz Chinook @ 11.2% AA (10 min.)
0.5 oz Chinook @ 11.2% AA (1 min.)

Wyeast 1056 American Ale

60 min boil

Pitched: OG 1.050 on January 1, 2011
Secondary: SG 1.018 on January 17, 2011 (plus 1 oz Chinook @ 11.2% AA dry hop on 1/22/2011)
Kegged: FG 1.014 on February 18, 2011
