Porter

This porter is a slight variation of one of my favorite porters, brewed on 5/10/2014.  It is ten gallons, half for Mark, who is temporarily out of brewing commission.  I didn't have enough chocolate but increased the brown, biscuit and German Munich.

Grains:
     Pale malt                      20
     Special B                       2
     Briess Carabrown          1
     Belgian Munich Malt    1
     Belgian Biscuit malt      1
     Chocolate malt                 6 oz

Hops:
     Cascade (6.5%)     4 oz       60 min
     Cascade                 2 oz        15 min

Yeast:
     Safale         us-05
