I was going to make a 10 gallons of lager but only had one lager yeast. I am not sure this recipe would fit lager style anyway, probably too hoppy.
Grain:
pilsner malt 20 #
carapils 8 oz
caramel pils 8 oz
munich malt 8 oz
Hops:
Summit 14.4% 2.5 oz 60 min
Saaz 6.4% 2.4 oz 5 min
Pearle 9.0% 1 oz 5 min
secondary:
saaz 1 oz (lager)
simcoe 1 oz (ale)
Yeast:
Safale us-05
Saflager s-23
IBU 73.29
Boiled 5/19/15 1.062
Secondary 5/29/2015 Ale 1006 preferred by Judy
Lager 1010 clearer, citrus notes, preferred by Brewer Russ
Kegged 6/12/2015 Ale 1006

Lets do the ale for garden illuminated 2016. I think it is about the Simcoe.
