1.0 oz coriander (10 min)
2 grams paradise seeds (10 min)
1 oz saaz (1 min)

yeast:
WLP400 Belgain Wit

Infusion mash at 155 for 60 min
60 min boil

1.065 OG on 9/27
1.026 secondary on 10/7
1.015 keg on 10/29
