0.25 lb peated malt

6 lbs dark LME
2 lbs dark DME

1 oz Cluster @ 7.5% AA (60 min.)
1 oz Willamette @ 4.7% AA (40 min.)
1 oz Willamette @ 4.7% AA (15 min.)

Wyeast 1056 American Ale

60 min boil

Secondary: SG 1.021 on October 31, 2010
Bottled: FG 1.020 on January 22, 2011
