4.0 lbs flakes wheat
6.3 lbs Pilsen malt syrup
1.0 lbs maltodextrin (10 min)

2.0 oz hersbrucker (in mash)

yeast:
Safbrew WB-05

Infusion mash at 150 for 60 min
60 min boil

1.045 OG on 10/30
