Basic 5 gallon, all grain porter using Mark's malt (pale and crystal)

Grain bill:
     Pale malt (from Mark)      10 lbs
     Crystal malt 80                   1 lbs
     Black                                  4 oz
     Chocolate                           6 oz
     Cara aroma                         8 oz

Hops:
     Cascade                               2 oz at 60 min
     Cascade                               1 oz at 15 min

Yeast:
     Safale S04
