Notes: This is the first time I've tried one of the Northern Brewer 20-minute boil kits, which seemed unusually compatible with the demands of trying to wrangle two children on the weekend; I might stay traditional for something more complex but this sounded ideal for a light beer intended as a summer refresher. It got off to a very swift start, bubbling away merrily barely twelve hours after I pitched the yeast.
