Grains: steeped about 15 minutes, until 170*
Briess Victory 8 oz
English Medium Crystal 8 oz
Malt Extract:
Maris Otter 6 lbs
Muntons Light Dry Malt Extract 1 lb
Hops:
Cascade 7.6% 2 oz at 60 min
Simcoe 12.9% 1 oz at 30 min
Citra 12.6% 1 oz at flame out for 15 min
Citra 2 oz secondary
Yeast:
Saflager w-34/70
Brewed 1/10/2020, OG 1050
1/24/2020, secondary, SG 1014 2 oz cirta added
