7 lbs Muntons wheat malt extract
1/2 lb chocolate malt
1/2 lb toasted [bisquit] malt

3/4 oz Hallertauer (60 min)
1/4 oz Saaz (10 min)

60 min boil

Wyeast German Wheat Ale
