1 oz willamette (60 min)
3 T cocoa powder (15 min)
irish moss (15 min)

infusion mash 150 for 110 min
90 min boil

yeast:
WLP013 london ale

1.061 OG on 10/29
1.013 secondary on 11/5
1.012 final on 11/12

Clone of Cusco Dark.
Cocoa was definatly noticeable.

If you can't tolerate the cocoa tea, this is the drink for you to help acclimate to 3,330 m (10,900 ft) and to help you understand Quechua.
