infusion mash 150 for 90 min

90 min boil

1.054 OG on 6/17
1.016 secondary on 6/23
1.015 keg ardennes on 7/2
1.015 keg fruit on 7/7

Darker in color than my past saisons, and less fruity/wild taste. Not sure I'm a fan of the Wyeast yeasts I used for this batch.
